Daughter of the Deep Currents

She walks where the ocean
holds its breath between heartbeats—
in that quiet,
blue-lit realm
where ancient knowing waits,
and the world remembers itself
through the pull of the tide.

Orcas rise beside her
like guardians carved from night water,
their great bodies moving in silence,
circling her with the ease
of those who sense a familiar spirit.
They speak in the language of depth—
echoes,
pulses,
unseen chords—
a bridge between her soul
and the untamed wild below.

Her hair drifts like seagrass
catching strands of wandering sunlight,
proof that even those shaped by storms
can still shimmer when the light finds them.
She carries the memory of rivers,
the endurance of currents,
the softness of rain
that refuses to stop blessing the earth.

With every slow step,
she offers a vow to the First Waters—
for safe crossings,
for clear inner sight,
for harmony between all beings
who rise,
breathe,
or break
the surface of this shared world.

In her nearness,
the ocean becomes a sanctuary—
a living circle of trust and return,
where each swell is a reminder,
each crest a teaching,
and each dark trough
a necessary descent into truth.

And the sea—
vast,
undefeated—
calls to her by name:
Come home,
daughter.
You are shaped of water and wonder.
You are tide-born.
You are life remembering life.
