Within the whispers of our minds,
Lies strength,
where weaknesses unwind,
Guard thoughts with care,
both night and day,
For there,
our joy and limits sway.

In words,
the power reigns supreme,
Silence,
a choice,
in the shadow’s gleam,
Negativity,
cast far from sight,
Positive words,
our guiding light.

In hearts,
the well of boundless art,
Where limitations take their start,
Yet joys take root,
and there they thrive,
Blossoming,
as hearts revive.

Understanding,
the potent key,
To swap the bleak for jubilee,
Thoughts and words,
the seeds we sow,
Within our hearts,
where journeys grow.

So let the positive echo clear,
Amidst the soul,
dispelling fear,
For in these thoughts and words,

we find,
The strength to nourish heart and mind.
