A Life Forged in Resilience β Rebirth β and Purpose
My name is Samantha Syrnich TLC, and every letter in my name carries meaning β because TLC is more than an abbreviation.
It stands for Tender β Loving β Care β and I was born to live it.
Those were the initials I came into this world with. And for a time, they were taken from me. Under threat of death, I was forced to change my name and identity, with only two hours to decide.
What could have been erasure became sacred β because my dear friend Molly Brighton stood by me.
It was Molly who chose the name βSamantha.β
That act of care gave me a name filled with soul β and made the unbearable, bearable.
It is special to me still.
I added Syrnich, a name found nowhere else in the world.
And now β I reclaim what was always mine:
I am β and always have been β TLC.

Trained to Lead β Proven to Protect β Called to Care
I am many things:
β A nurse, with a heart and skillset for tending to the vulnerable
β A security professional with real-world expertise in corrections, refinery operations, vehicle inspections, and fleet coordination
β A trained Homeland Security officer, placed on the NSAβs national emergency call-up list, based in Washington State
β A corrections officer who ran a jail alone for 12-hour night shifts, while fielding Humane Society calls and directing an external security fleet
β A woman who worked in two refineries (oil and gas) and a third β an ore refinery β all in Ferndale, WA, performing truck inspections, behavioral observation, and site security
β A soul with reverence for maritime law, and a deep spiritual connection to the sea
β A woman who has spent her life since the age of 12 protecting children

Homeland Duty β Precision β and Purpose
My Homeland Security training prepared me in:
β Threat detection
β Field surveillance
β Live intel and disaster response
β Behavior analysis and emergency readiness
Though I was never deployed nationally, I was trained β listed β and alert.
I miss the rhythm of briefings β the pulse of vigilance β the meaning in every movement.
Security isnβt something I do β itβs who I am.

Refinery Experience β On-Site Vigilance
At the Ferndale oil, gas, and ore refineries, I performed:
β Semi-truck inspections
β Credential and behavior monitoring
β Perimeter security under pressure
β Real-time analysis of high-stakes environments
I arrived early β stayed sharp β and owned every shift with intention.

Healing the Vessel: My Physical Comeback
Iβve endured what few would believe β emotionally and physically.
And yes β my heart has been cracked wide open.
But Iβm still here.
Still rebuilding. Still protecting.
I train my body daily β not for vanity β but to carry the weight of the mission, the calling, and the future I am building.
Because my body is not just mine β it is the vessel for the people I protect.

The Sea β The Ship β and the Law That Called Me
Being aboard a docked ore ship remains one of my most profound experiences.
I explored the entire vessel β from cargo holds to the heart of its power.
The engine room fascinated me most β a place alive with fire, grit, and intention.
Maritime law speaks to my soul.
It represents structure, justice, and sovereignty β everything I stand for.

Relocation with Purpose
My dream is to relocate out of Washington State and begin again in a place aligned with peace, integrity, and opportunity.
At the heart of that dream is Tony Moore β a profoundly present soul in my life.
In my view, he is the greatest living author β and someone whose presence brings peace, grounding, and creative alignment.
Being near him would be a miracle to my heart β and a compass for the life Iβm building.

A Vehicle β A Mission β A Sanctuary
Iβve designed a vehicle that reflects my path and purpose:
β Bulletproof exterior
β Tactical-grade tires
β Climate-controlled dual K-9 cages
β A/C that runs while parked and locked for canine safety
β And a Phoenix β hand-painted across the hood β with fire, gears, and a badge-blue line woven in its wings
This isnβt a vanity build.
Itβs a mobile command post β a sanctuary β and a message.
My Borzoi β and future Malinois β deserve that safety.
So do I.

Dreams That Serve More Than Me
I intend to:
β Launch a nonprofit to support orphans, veterans, and whistleblowers
β Provide strategic advisement for political candidates and reform advocates
β Publish poetry, testimony, and illustrated works to educate, protect, and awaken
β Travel β witness the world β and support others in realizing their own sacred dreams

The Offers I Declined β And the Truth That Remains
In 2010, I turned down:
β Offers from 20/20
β Multiple talk show interviews
β Film rights to my story and opportunity to make the documentary
Why?
Because I still carry honor for those I served beside.
Because national security still matters to me.
Because I was protecting more than just myself.
But hear me now:
The time will come.
The books will be written.
And the movies will be made.
Not for fame β
But for legacy.

The Final Word
I am ready.
To relocate β
To rebuild β
To rise.
Not as someone who never broke β
But as someone whose heart was shattered open β
And still chose to love β protect β and lead again.
For the children.
For the truth.
For the future.
And for the fire in me β
that refuses to go out.
